In order to Mix Level 3 Wings, first you will need to make Condor Feather, to make it you will need Level 2 Wings +9+Add, Ancient items +7+Add, 10 Souls, chaos and creation, the better ancient item and more +++ you have, the more chance you get, you can see how it is made below:

When you have Condor Feather complete, you can start assembling Wings Level 3, in order to Mix Level 3 Wings you need 10 Jewel of Bless/Soul Bundled, Jewel of Chaos, Jewel of Creation, and +9+Add Excellent item, the better options and +++ your item is, the more chance you get
